Canada Geography

Canada is situated in northern region of North America. To the west the country is washed by the Pacific Ocean, to the east – by the Atlantic Ocean, while to the north – by the Arctic Ocean. Canada divides the southern border with the United States of America. As for its territory Canada is considered to be the fourth largest country in the world after Russia, China, and the USA. From the other hand Canada is one of countries which have the lowest population density in the world. The western part of the country is covered with the Rockies or the Cypress Hills. The Waterton Lakes and the Moraine Lake are very famous and popular in Canada. The weather in the country depends on the season of year. Different parts of Canada have various kinds of climates.
